This policy applies to all consumer purchases made through our online store. It does not affect your statutory rights; where local consumer laws grant you additional rights, those will always apply.

1) Your Right to Cancel (14 Days Cooling Off)
You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods to tell us you wish to cancel for any reason. After you notify us, you have another 14 days to send the goods back.
What we refund: The cost of the goods plus our standard delivery charge. Any extra paid for express or upgraded delivery is not refunded.
Return postage: For change-of-mind cancellations, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise or the item was faulty/misdescribed.
Condition of returns: You may inspect goods as you would in a store. If goods are handled beyond what is necessary and their value is reduced, we may deduct an amount that reflects the loss in value.
- Unopened, original packaging → 100% refund
- Opened but unused and in perfect condition → 90% refund
- Damaged or not resealable → up to 50% refund
2) Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items
If your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at info@eviskin.store within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund and cover the return costs.
3) Items That Cannot Be Returned (Unless Faulty)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sealed goods are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed.
- Perishables or items with a short expiry
- Digital content after download/streaming (where you consented to immediate supply)
- Newspapers/periodicals (except subscriptions)
- Items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase
4) How to Start a Return
- Email info@eviskin.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
- Pack items securely and include proof of purchase.
- Obtain proof of posting and keep your tracking number.

5) Exchanges
Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock. Request an exchange when you initiate your return.
6) Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods or acceptable proof of return, using your original payment method where possible. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence of return.
