Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you within 3–7 days. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear.

Possible Delays

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost orders) with your order details and, if applicable, photos of the damage.
